Paul is a senior executive, based in South Wales, with proven commercial acumen, extensive board-level strategic and Paul Bryant of CMC Partnership, Bristol, Cardiff and South Wales management expertise and deep P&C insurance sector knowledge. This has been gained over a career launching, building, merging and selling businesses.

He has a track record of management consulting excellence and delivery in the corporate environment with McKinsey and Company and through his own consulting practice.

Internationally experienced, Paul has lived and worked in the UK and South Africa, and conducted business extensively in Europe and Africa.

Paul's particular strengths lie in business planning, strategic planning, raising finance, M&A and exit strategies. He has in-depth insurance, re-insurance and construction industry knowledge and experience. He has a well developed network to tap into to assist in funding businesses at all stages of their life cycle including: business angel networks, private investors, investment funds and financiers.
