Martin Rowe
Martin Rowe is a highly experienced general manager, having successfully led change programmes across a range of industries, particularly those with margin sensitive operations. He joined cmc from the global energy group Total where he held a series of senior management positions within its downstream operation for over twenty years. He is a respected strategic advisor to a number of organisations and as an entrepreneur in his own right is the cmc lead in developing its expertise in non-executive direction. His ability to lead sensitive and complex negotiations is a major asset.
Martin is also experienced in marketing, sales management, business development, financial control, mergers and acquisitions, change management and business process re-engineering. Martin has worked in France, Belgium and the USA, has a business degree, is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and holds the IOD Diploma in Company Direction. He is a strong supporter of young people through his charity work and is committed to helping high growth start-ups develop the skills to turn ideas into profitable reality.
