A highly experienced general manager, Graeme Thom has spent the past 25 years in a range of senior management and consultancy roles. As a change management consultant, Graeme offers knowledgeable insight into:

Graeme has a strong background in Quality, Production and General management, working in the mid 90s with the large group operating familiar High Street names such as Klick Photopoint and Supasnaps. Here he gained experience in M&A, change, and rationalisation, as well as the other challenges associated with responsibility for a multi-million pound production and distribution operation.

In 2006, Graeme joined Photo-Me International as a Management Consultant to overhaul the customer focus of the service division, re-launch a sales offering, and integrate the sales and service functions. Following a business review assignment he became MD of the plc's subsidiaries in NI and Ireland, holding these positions for 2 ½ years before deciding to return to the Midlands and re-engage in business consultancy.

Graeme supports businesses in Birmingham, The Black Country, and Worcestershire.
