Charles Briggs

Charles specialises in business advice to companies on topics such as:

• increasing profit through management controls
• building equity through franchising and other growth strategies
• managing people to add value to the business

Charles has been at the leading edge of developing the fast food market in the UK, including building a large chain of independent Burger King franchises. He has worked extensively in both 'franchisor' and 'franchisee' management and has a deep working knowledge of Business Format Franchising.

Working at Director level, Charles has many years practical experience in general business management. He provides non-executive support and mentoring, whilst using his experience of managing sustained business growth to advise his clients in a wide range of areas.

Charles is a member of the Institute of Business Consulting and is based in West Berkshire and South Oxfordshire
