About CMC

cmc was set up in 1989 to provide change management consultancy services to large corporate clients. By the mid-1990s we were also advising and mentoring SMEs and owner-managed businesses. In 2009 cmc celebrates 20 years of business advice and consultancy helping businesses to take on major changes.

Having been in business for 20 years we have an extensive network of professional contacts and advisers whose expertise we refer to our clients. Combining our skills as change management consultants, with the skills of our network, we increase the chances of success for both clients and their professional advisers.

Any transaction such as a trade sale or raising finance needs professional experts. Often businesses are not well prepared for this interaction for reasons of time, lack of expertise or lack of professional support, and this jeopardises the transaction.
