Non-Executive Direction

Where do you go for the right sort of help?

In recent years, the lack of ethical leadership in large corporate bodies has brought forth a plethora of new law and officially endorsed codes of conduct on both sides of the Atlantic. All are aimed at monitoring performance and controlling potential abuse. Leadership ‘gurus' have also appeared in the form of pensioned-off business leaders. Who should you turn to, to help with the direction of your company?

You can choose from large scale, corporate control systems, or the "one size fits all" approach to leadership promoted by authors and coaches. Which approach is right for your business?

It is no wonder that many SMEs, facing the dilemma of who to work with and what to do, actually do nothing and miss vital opportunities.

At CMC we believe that good, simplified governance, led by the board, using the skills and long term commitment of Non Executive Directors is the right solution to planned growth and sustainable business structures.

This area of our website has been created to help executives in SMEs and your professional trusted advisers appreciate the benefits that a good, constructive, risk bearing non-executive board presence offers your company, where your ambition is to excel and grow faster to the benefit of all your stakeholders.
